What types of portable toilets do you offer for rent or sale?
We offer a range of units depending on your needs — from basic chemical / drop-toilet units for construction sites or small jobs, to more advanced prefabricated mobile toilets (with flushing, sinks, hand-wash stations) for events, and even “luxury” or upgraded cabins for weddings, VIP events, or long-term installations.
Can I rent a portable toilet for just one day, or do I need to rent for longer?
Yes. For events or short-term needs, many of our units can be rented on a daily basis. For long-term needs (e.g. construction, camps), we offer weekly or monthly rental plans.
How far in advance do I need to book before my event or project?
It depends on the type of unit and demand, but as a general guideline we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for event units and as early as possible for larger or multiple-unit orders. This helps us ensure availability and timely delivery.
Where does the waste go? Is it disposed of safely and legally?
Yes. Waste is removed using professional waste-management procedures — vacuums or pumping out tanks, then transported to authorized treatment or disposal facilities (or septic/treatment plants), in accordance with safety and environmental hygiene standards.
What’s included in the rental cost?
Typically rental includes delivery to your site, setup, one clean/prepped unit, basic consumables (such as toilet paper), and pickup when you’re done. For longer rentals, regular servicing and waste removal can be included depending on the package.
Do you provide maintenance, cleaning, and waste removal?
Yes. Proper maintenance is a core part of our service. That includes regular emptying of waste tanks, sanitizing the units, restocking supplies like toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and making sure ventilation and other components function correctly.
How often are units serviced during a rental period?
The servicing frequency depends on usage. For high-traffic events or busy construction sites, servicing (emptying & cleaning) may be daily or multiple times per week. For lower usage, weekly servicing may suffice.
Are your portable toilets suitable for construction sites and workers?
Absolutely. Portable toilets are essential for construction sites, they improve hygiene, worker comfort and productivity, and help you meet local safety and sanitation standards.
Can your units be used for events, weddings, festivals or VIP gatherings?
Yes, we have units designed for events, from basic units for casual gatherings to higher-end, more comfortable units (with flushing, sinks, hand washing) for weddings, parties, and large public events.
Do you offer units for sale (not just rental)?
Yes, besides rentals, we also supply prefabricated mobile toilet cabins suitable for sale and long-term installation. These are durable, portable, and configurable, and ideal for permanent or semi-permanent toilet infrastructure.
What materials are your toilets made from, and are they durable in Ghana’s climate?
Our units are built with robust, weather-resistant prefabricated materials designed to withstand harsh environments while remaining easy to clean and maintain.
How do you manage hygiene and odor control in portable toilets?
Maintenance includes regular cleaning and disinfection, refilling chemical solutions in waste tanks, restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer), ensuring good ventilation, and using deodorizing agents, all to keep the toilets sanitary and comfortable for users.
What happens if a unit gets damaged or malfunctions during rental?
We perform regular inspections and maintenance. If a unit malfunctions (door latch, ventilation, leak, etc.), we respond promptly to repair or replace to ensure your event or project is not disrupted. (You can treat this as part of our service guarantee.)
How do I calculate how many toilets I need for my event or construction project?
That depends on the number of people, the duration and type of event/project. For example, for larger events or long-term worksites, we assess peak usage and recommend a sufficient number of units to avoid overcrowding and maintain hygiene. We can help you estimate when you contact us.
How can I book or get a quote for rental or purchase?
Simply contact our sales team (via phone, email, WhatsApp, or contact form), provide details: type of event / project, number of expected users, duration, and site location. We’ll respond promptly with a quote including delivery, service frequency, and any additional fees.
